Dutch Drilling Consultants has a wide range of drilling equipment, from small soil investigation rigs up to large diameter pile top drill rigs which can go up to 7,5 meter diameter. As a subcontractor DDC rent out drilling equipment with well trained personnel, but DDC is also agent for Aker Wirth, Klemm Bohrtechnik and Häny Grouting units. As agent we have the complete range of Wirth PBA's in our fleet and also Klemm anchor drilling rigs and Häny grout units which can be rented or bought. Besides a wide range of drilling machines DDC has also specific drills from second hand up till brand new, wether it is only a single cutter or drill bit up to complete Bottom Hole Assemblies and pile top adaptor. During the years DDC has received many requests for providing the auxiliary equipment such as water pumps and compressors on jobsites. Now DDC has all auxiliary equipment in stock so that complete set ups can be delivered. We have various water pumps, with soft switch starter boxes and diesel driven generators and compressors and can deliver complete set up for closed discharge systems.
Aker Wirth piletop drilling rigs are there from the PBA 408 up to the PBA 1450 with the PBA 612, 818 and 936 in between. PBA stands for Phal Bohr Anlage which is German for Pile top drill rig and the smallest is the 408 which has a torque of 80 Knm and the 1450 currently being the biggest with a torque going up to 500 Knm.
As reliable as the Swiss watches are the Swiss grouting units from Häny.
We have the smaller injection compact units for rent and as an agent for Häny we can offer a variety of compact grout units, agitator tanks, high shear mixers and grout pumps.
As agent for Klemm Bohrtechnik we offer more than solely the delivery of a new drill rig. Besides our own anchor drill rigs we are also able to arrange rental arrangements and hire-purchase options. Currently we have a Klemm KR 803 D and a Klemm KR 704 in our fleet with the purpose to assist our clients.
The Wizard is a small soil investigation rig which has been designed and fabricated by DDC. Its small size and especially light weight makes it a very popular rig for soil investigation. Being a multipurpose rig from percussion drilling to drilling up to 300mm diameter auger and even the possibility of flush drilling makes it a very good solution for soil investigation. Now there are sold over 30 Wizards which are currently working in Nigeria, Belgium, Germany, England and off course The Netherlands.
Besides our core business we also have different auxiliary equipment in our fleet so that we can provide the best setup for the job for our customers. From submersible and containerized pumps up to generators and compressors and even the complete setup for a closed circulation system, we have it in place or we can arrange it.
