Turnkey drilling services
Working together with our clients from tender phase until execution, we are always looking for the right drilling services to supply and creating every time the best final product for our client. This can vary from a common approach with the client during the design phase in order to obtain the ideal synergy between soil data, required equipment and end result up to emergency assistance during unexpected problems.
For example: with MT Højgaard we are working from scratch to deliver and develop the ideal set up for the Offshore Wind Farm foundations. This includes trying to shorten the run time of the project, the deck layout, location of the job and the available crane. In this particular case we did not only supply the right rig with the right drill bit, we also have made a complete drilling spread for the windmills. During the development we took into account the time (one complete unit requires one single lift) the decklayout (complete unit with drill rig, BHA, water pumps and discharge on a surface area of 8 x 8 meters) location requirements (top of monopile could be under water and therefore an extension piece had to be integrated) and the available crane (at that time the barge was equipped with a 300 Te crane and therefore the complete unit had to be max 200 Te).
